The program of the competition was presented with ten films, the debut or second work of European filmmakers, including the work of Russian director Oleg Flyangolts "Indifference."

On July 9, 2011 at the Cinema "Lenk" in Vologda was held the closing ceremony of the Festival VOICES 2011.
